Personal data processed
The form may process your full name, email address, company, area of interest and project message, together with security data such as IP address, date-time and technical logs. Please do not include sensitive personal data in the message field.
Purposes of processing
Personal data is processed to receive and assess the consulting enquiry, communicate with the sender, plan a potential business relationship, maintain information security and prevent misuse.
Collection method and legal basis
Data is collected electronically when the form is submitted and when security logs are generated automatically. Enquiry data is processed where directly related to establishing a contract under Article 5/2-c of Law No. 6698; communication and security records are processed for the controller’s legitimate interests under Article 5/2-f.
Transfers
Personal data may be transferred to Cloudflare and Google infrastructure services only to host the form securely and deliver it by email. Where an international transfer occurs, it is carried out under the conditions and appropriate safeguards set out in Article 9 of Law No. 6698.
Retention period
Enquiry records are retained for no more than two years from the last communication. If a business relationship is established or a legal dispute arises, relevant records may be retained for the applicable statutory and limitation periods, after which they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Rights and applications
Requests under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 may be sent to tulsa.northeastco@gmail.com with information sufficient to verify the applicant. Requests are concluded as soon as possible and no later than thirty days, depending on their nature.
